People that say that guys don't like thin girls are nuts
I don't understand why people insist on this when society says differently. Thin women make the most money, have the most opportunities, are thought to be more intelligent, have more discipline and be harder workers. Accomplished men will not marry overweight women or average women. The men that say that they like heavy women are usually of a lower socioeconomic tier, earn less, and have less education. If you don't believe me, research it for yourself. It's the only way you will ever believe it.
Don't give up. Drink water before you let food pass your lips. It will all be worth it.

Not eating
The less control I feel over my life the more control I want over my food. It feels so good to me to feel hungry. It means that fat is melting and I am in control. That morsel of food is not going to tell me what to do.
I ate once today. I don't need to keep porking out on food. I took my vitamins too. I'll be fine, quit trying to make me fat!

Starving for Attention

| Skinny is good |
I've decided to eat somewhere around 1000 calories a day. You think that sounds like a lot? Its not because I'm so active and I work out about 6 days a week lifting weights and doing cardio.
Fish is my main source of protein (along with Pea protein powder) and I buy fruit and vegetable juices from Trader Joes to mix with the protein powder. My favorite is Green Machine (they call it something else now... Green something and Vegetable Garden ~ or smth like that). I have to eat one meal with solid food daily so I can take my supplements:
1 Alive! vitamin
1 COQ10
1 Acidophilus
4 Gingko Biloba
1 D3
5 Coral Calcium (I take 5 a day but only one in the morning and the rest with juice later in the day/evening)
1 Potassium (maybe a couple times a week. I don't purge but if you do you should take this several times a week too. Just be careful not to take too much!)
I need to take this step with calorie restriction because I have worked so hard at the gym for two years now and I'm still a fatty. I need to get this extra weight off once and for all. I have generally really good eating habits, so cutting back more is the way to go.
The easiest thing for me is just to embrace feeling hungry. I just FEEEL so much better eating less. My energy is through the roof. You can cut way back on your food ladies (and guys) and still be healthy. Its not a bad thing to "starve" in comparison to the stark gluttony and claim that fat people are "healthy" is absolutely absurd!
