Starving for Attention

Skinny is good
Well, not really attention, but I want to be skinny and happy.

I've decided to eat somewhere around 1000 calories a day. You think that sounds like a lot? Its not because I'm so active and I work out about 6 days a week lifting weights  and doing cardio.

Fish is my main source of protein (along with Pea protein powder) and I buy fruit and vegetable juices from Trader Joes to mix with the protein powder. My favorite is Green Machine (they call it something else now... Green something and Vegetable Garden ~ or smth like that). I have to eat one meal with solid food daily so I can take my supplements:

1 Alive! vitamin
1 COQ10
1 Acidophilus
4 Gingko Biloba
1 D3
5 Coral Calcium (I take 5 a day but only one in the morning and the rest with juice later in the day/evening)
1 Potassium (maybe a couple times a week. I don't purge but if you do you should take this several times a week too. Just be careful not to take too much!)

I need to take this step with calorie restriction because I have worked so hard at the gym for two years now and I'm still a fatty. I need to get this extra weight off once and for all. I have generally really good eating habits, so cutting back more is the way to go.

The easiest thing for me is just to embrace feeling hungry. I just FEEEL so much better eating less. My energy is through the roof. You can cut way back on your food ladies (and guys) and still be healthy. Its not a bad thing to "starve" in comparison to the stark gluttony and claim that fat people are "healthy" is absolutely absurd!
